Yea... wasn't long before I put out an update. I guess I can't stop working on things like this. Probably also didn't help that a friend was playing it and came across a number of bugs. But I'll get right into the real updates.
There's now a settings menu on the level select screen. Right now there's only two things there: Mute BGM and Reset Save Data. It's nice to be able to mute the music in any game, but it's also nice to be able to reset your save. Now, why would you wanna do that?
After launch, I decided to increase the number of trophies from 3 to 6. One of them requires you to beat the game without dying, so I needed an easy way to reset your save file. I'll leave the other two as a secret for now. Speaking of secrets.
I came to realise that one of the last steps of unlocking the secret in the game was pretty obtuse, so I decided to add some on-screen text that would nudge the player in the right direction. Hopefully it helps.
At some point I want to do keybind remapping, but we'll see how that goes. I also might add some more secrets to the game. Just don't expect a world 2 like the first Qbi game.
