Balance
Some of my playtesters found turtling in a corner to be a very effective strategy. Buffing these two perks will be help against this and they were not very threatening to begin with so they deserve the upgrade.
Mass was problematic because it always felt like a downgrade since it made the weapon way harder to manipulate. I removed the perk and added a little bit of mass to Reach so it doesn't feel like the weapon inflates like a balloon.
I liked the new sprinting mechanic but it had a few issue. The boost was so great that you felt much slower without it. It would make you way too fast if you sprinted while already moving. The short duration and fast recharge made is very easy to pretty much always have it on, especially if you played by flicking in a direction and then drifting a little. I decided to tune is down and used this opportunity to replace the Mass perk.
