v1.1 changes :

• Eulerian Graph does not cancel drawing when trying to draw an edge that doesn't have to be drawn or already drawn
• Introducing Click by Click mode for Eulerian Graphs, this option is saved in settings for the next launch
• Eulerian Graph view does not move if we drag the mouse around anymore
