- Added notepad for saving cooking recipes
- Added the amount of mined ore at a time to the navigator
- Added "Combine All" button to inventory
- Added the amount of cargo in transport
- Rebalanced perks
- Added restrictions on the starting planet to 2 private territories
- Added an increase in energy consumption on the starting planet for players above level 30
- Minor fixes
