Simplification and Balancing

Hi, all!
I’ve made some more changes after playtesting the game some more.
- The glitch roll mechanic has been modified to simplify the roll and balance gameplay. Now, you only roll a single die (instead of two, which reduces the roll complexity), and the resources you spend must be sourced from subsystems that aren’t already glitching (which makes glitches all the more dangerous!).
- Clarified the wording for the multitool a bit.
This might be the last update for a while (unless other game-breaking feedback comes through). Thanks for joining me on this journey!
