Hey! I've just created a quick shader that will help you use your Flipbook animations inside Unity. I've intentionally tried to kept it real simple so you can get up and running quickly. It will work for SpriteRenderers and UI Image components. It doesn't currently have support for MeshRenderers.
You can download either the Unity 2020 Shader & Sample or just the Unity Shader itself. I've included a readme inside both of those downloads to run you through how to get it up and running. There's a little bit of setup, so definitely check out the readme before starting.
Note: I created the shader and samples in Unity 2020, but the shader itself may work in earlier version as well.
