Hi all! I've made a few tweaks to the spotter's guide to fill some gaps in it:
- I've added two new tables: one for general taste profile terminology and one for "notes of...". You may look at the "notes of" table and think I'm making them up but a large number of them are real descriptors used by real wine sommeliers about real wine.
- I've tweaked a few table entries that felt a bit weak
