Patch v1.0

Finally there are bonus items. Shmups need bonus items!

1. Added bonus coins for destroyed enemies.
2. All enemy bullets on screen now turn into coins whenever your bonus bar hits 50, 100, 150 and so on.
3. Stop firing to suck in bonus coins.
