This week was used to build the design document. We decided to use trello for the project management, and I promptly created cards with tasks and estimated them, agile style.
From then on, we would assign cards to group members, and immediately schedule the next meeting. This ensures continuous parallel work, with short meetings, used to review the work done by everyone, and to assign new tasks. This process is repeated until all tasks on trello are completed.
Regarding the design document, I :
One noteworthy event was the feedback session for the "Review the competition" task. I found what was done for the task to be "not so good", and voiced my opinion on it to the team. I was positively surprised by how well they took it, and how much better it was the next day.
Right now, I am tasked with creating the "First Tweet" and contacting some of the people I presented to, to become part of our focus group, since most of them sounded interested.
