Menus Hate Gamepads

Changes:

• Modified the controls for Settings and Key Config to be fully compatible with Gamepads.
  • To change the contents of a drop-down list on a Gamepad, press Left/Right to cycle through options and A to confirm.
• Tried to make the “Invert A and B buttons in the menu” option in Key Config do something (Not working in Edit Mode, for some reason)
• Fixed issue where First-Time Setup would select the OPPOSITE control scheme on mobile
