hf1 - Important hotfix!

After the last hotfix, the game started to show some game breaking bugs, but they were quickly caught and patched


Note: To play the game, you'll have to update the client, either by running the updater(Windows only yet) or by downloading the game again

Bug fixes:

- The server will no longer "resist" to collisions and interactions with debris

- Trying to create a new arena will not crash the game anymore

- Weapons are working again

- Leaving players will not be able to take their attached debris with them

- Shields now works as intended 

Changes:

- The screen distortion was adjusted to not hurt the performance

Additions:

-Probably more bugs, we gotta keep the dev busy, right?
