Version 3.1 is just a simple patch with not much cool stuff added

- added new "Black" stage

Basic: (Light Attack) - increased hitbox size

Basic: (Light Attack) - change hitbox shape

Sword: (Neutral Attack) - decreased hitbox size to match the sword

Sword: (Heavy Attack) - decreased hitbox size

Mario: (Light Attack) - Made is stupid yahoo quieter

Mario: (Light Attack) - reduced attack speed

Mario: (Light Attack) - decreased hitbox size at the fist only
