Patch 1.0.2

A couple of other minor issues have been resolved. Again, not much will be noticeable on a casual playthrough.

• Resolved an issue where the Crystal Guardian only does one of its two attacks
• Made it so the light flash over the player's head after using the Light Tome disappears consistently
• Added some tiles I missed in one of the Massive Crater secrets
• Fixed how projectiles interact with walls (i.e. being created in them using the bow or Beam Amulet)
