Feature Added: You can now bind groups of programs to volume and mute control this will make managing programs easier.

Improved: When you reconnect devices (with the button in the menu), MidiManager automatically sets all lights to Idle.

Bug Fix: When changing the amount of programs binded on a slider to 6 whilst the max is 10 (which of course resulted in errors when doing this).
