Vehicle update pushed back for a while.

• Added data saving for everything but the ferry (so you should never log off on the ferry).
• Changed the blue hill from stone to dirt.
• Replaced old level gate with new one!
• Added cool new signs.
• Added a title screen.
• Patched 19th fly glitch.
• Fixed infinite ferry ticket glitch.
