Feature Update V0.5.1

Feature Update:

1. Allow open directly from Windows Explorer by either right-click and “Open with Program” or drag-n-drop directly a PDF file onto the PDFApprentice executable

Technically what happened is inside the program I added processing for command-line arguments and take the first argument as a PDF file path to open, which wasn’t handled before.
