Preparing the early access for Fantasy Battles

Fantasy Battles
A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux

Hello out there everybody! I've spent last couple of days preparing my very first passion project, Fantasy Battles, to be published here on Itch. Of course, I'm really excited about it. But I get even more excited when I realize the whopping amount of effort that's been put into this game.

Pretty awful, isn't it? It's been a long way. And here I want to say a big thank you to all the people involved, all beta testers, all Unity Asset Store content creators, etc. You guys are all fantastic.

So, what's the project actual status? It's been in closed beta testing for some time now, and it still is. No downloads are listed on the game page, but that's gonna change eventually. Early access for everybody is on the way. I'd like to remind once more that the multiplayer is capped at 20 concurrent users right now, because I've decided to use Photon as a network engine for Fantasy Battles. I'll likely explain the reasoning behind this decision in a separate devlog. But anyway, I use free plan for Photon, and it has that max online users restriction. You would still be able to play offline, though, even if online is capped out, so I don't think it will be a big deal from the start.

I guess, that's all from me for now. I'll try to keep you guys posted with the progress. See ya!
