Tribal Migration Feature Done

This weekend I finalized the AI event that lets it gain new core regions and expand into them and it seems to work pretty well, which means that the tribal migration feature is finally complete.

In the next weeks I will restart work on tribal aggression, which is the second to last feature for the next version. But before that, I want to do some more decision balancing and fix some random crashing bugs I encountered while testing the last feature. In addition to that, I want to finally initiate the alpha testing for the next release. Please stay tuned in the next week or two for an announcement on it...
