change log
-added in the holding down left alt so you can buy and sell the max you have stored / can store.
-fixed the mistake of when holding down left shift the price goes to $0 on the buttons
-Added in a image that follows the mouse pointer around so you know what building you are placing down from a glance.
-the image that follows the mouse around will be a green tint if you can place it and red if you can not / can't afford it
-added in a tutorial that you can go through on your first time playing the game (need to make a image to put in the left part of it still)
