Demo 1.06 - Some adjustments, bug fixes, etc.

Some minor tweaks, and visual improvements, and partial optimization stuff!

• The entire game is no longer loaded at all times, should improve general performance
  
  • Side effect of this is a bit of a hiccup when loading the Hell area (This will be improved later)
• Tooltip for toggling powerups now much harder to ignore by new players
• Jetpack now shoots some particles when in use, which is fun
• Jetpack also very gradually reduces angular momentum when in use (If not currently steering)
