Pathogen-X Minor Update: Demo Build Version 5.3

The 5.3 update for the Pathogen-X demo is now live and can be downloaded from the game page!

Changes included in this update:

• Fixed a heinous bug which caused the keycard room to occasionally not spawn, preventing mission completion
• Beefed up explosion/fire effects
• Improved weapon sound effects
• Increased damage of shotgun a lil' bit
• Tighter character movement/controlling
• Included damage vignette around HUD to let you know when you're hurtin'
• Skully bonus effects/sound
• 3D model view for pickups/weapons
• Crouching
• Boss monster now drops extra loot every time he's killed
• Lowered dithering intensity a lil'

That's about it for now. We are picking up work for developing the main story at the end of this month, so there will most likely be sparse updates as we put our noses to the grindstone. Check our Twitter for minor tidbits. Til next time!
