Release notes: v1.0.1

This release brings a few minor tweaks and improvements, along with a Mac build. They are:

• Fixed an import problem that was causing some textures to display incorrectly
• Adjusted the default mouse look to be much slower
• Built the game with Godot 3.2.4 RC3, instead of RC1. (Stable releases? I don't even have a horse!)

Unfortunately I haven't found a fix for the graphical glitches some people have been experiencing. I believe it only affects people using nVidia cards, and that it's somehow related to the normal maps.
