Small Update - Fixes to Teleport

Hi everyone,

Small patch, as there was some wacky math happening with the teleport delay which should now all be fixed.

• Teleport bubble moves smoothly and at a consistent speed regardless of framerate.
• Teleport bubble moves down to the ground when hitting a wall instead of immediately teleporting the player to the end point.
• Teleport beam should no longer stop when hitting the player's body or other hand.
• Teleport Location effect is much more visible.

If you were experiencing problems with horridly slow teleport before (especially on Quest 2 via link) give this update a try and let me know if you still encounter any issues.  Thanks for testing!
