Star Knightess Aura version 0.4.1

Thanks for everybody's bug reports! Usually I would wait for the upcoming friday to post the hotfix patch and first gather some more bug reports, but it seems there were quite some critical findings. See changelog below. Besides fixing bugs, there is also a much requested QoL improvement in there to show multiple buffs / debuffs. This way I hope comboing these will become less confusing!
