Quaranteam Prototype - First Upload

The first upload of the Quaranteam Prototype contains the following:

• A first-look at graphics in the hospital lobby (sans shadows in this build)
• Rudimentary tasks for the player to perform
• Basic dialogue interaction
• A dev room with doors, levers, wheels, and a timed race.
