v1.1 update: Pause Menu

v1.1 update:

- Added pause menu (Esc button) with new functions:

• Restart the level
• Return to menu
• Exit the game instead of having to alt+f4

- Changed score counter to the percentage of level completion instead of distance travelled.

- Changed the colour of the black interactable objects to purple for more clarity.
