Another bug-fix release!

Hi! I was reported another critical usage bug in laigter, so I made a quick fix an released it, because that bug prevented some windows users to use one of the new features.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed bug that caused sometimes tiles didn't appear in neighbor selector widget.
• Fixed bug that caused tiles in neighbor selector not to correctly clear.
• Fixed a regression that caused brush indicator not to show in plugins.

Now, i think everything should work fine, and i can focus in new features!
