Version 1.0.2 released

Small but annoying bug fix patch. 

Fixed

• When entering the 3rd sewer room on Mars' route, the look/use button's animation was not set correctly. This didn't break the button's functionality, but did mean the animation when switching from look to use for the first time would not play. A generic solution was implemented that should stop this from happening anywhere else ever again.
• Shiva only appears in the 3rd sewer room background after she's entered it. This was difficult to notice because of the text box, but has been fixed. Save games created on versions < 1.0.2 will not see the fix, but should be otherwise unaffected.
