Bots Are Stupid v1.3

Hello there!

Finally finished a new patch for the game. 

The last 2 months have been all about refactoring existing code and cleaning up the game as it is, which means that this patch doesn't include anything new in terms of content. 

However, the game is now at a point where the UI and backend systems are pretty much done (+ mostly polished), which means I can finally focus on adding new content. (yay!)

List of (noticeable) changes:

- Updated to .NET Core 3.1.12
- Updated to MonoGame 3.8
- Refactored GameStates
- Refactored TextEditor
- Added responsive UI Layout, which allows the game to be played at lots of different screen sizes/resolutions and should fix weird stretching/scaling artifacts
- Added a new set of Icons
- Added a new option to the ToolWindow, which lets you configure the TextEditor's font size
- Added the option to add ghosts from locally saved instructions
- Added Anti-Aliasing for UI elements
- Changed the level-UI (TextEditor/LevelEditor) to be resizable by the player
- Changed the appearance of erroneous lines and added hover information
- Changed the method of rendering fonts, which should fix scaling artifacts as well
- Fixed several unexpected behaviours in the TextEditor
- Fixed a small memory leak in the TextEditor
- Fixed text input fields crashing the game when removing the first character
- Fixed weird behaviour of the apply button in options
- Fixed Popupmenu back button leading back to the actual previous state
- Fixed the player being ungrounded for a single frame when performing a step-up

Re-Verification

Due to the small bugfix in the physics engine, all scripts had to be re-verified.
This resulted in 5 scripts being deleted from the database.
