Small but important update (0.1.1a)

This is an update of basic functions before making major changes.

• Fixed the problem that saved new file data becomes large and heavy
• Added to open another file by drag and drop function
• Added paint function that repaints only the selected tone on piano-roll.
• Added octave setting button for keyboard performance function
