So some people said that " Mayor" and "Lord" should not be capitalize
When it comes to occupation titles, whether or not you capitalize comes back to context. Titles should be capitalized, but references to the job are not. For instance, if you are using a job title as a direct address, it should be capitalized.

Same thing was said about "Titles" and "Miss"
So in a Title the first letter of each word is to be capitalize, this includes signs.
and than "Miss"
“Mr.” and “Ms.,” of course, are uppercase before a name. “Mrs.,” which is less commonly used than it was several decades ago and which derives from the honorific “Mistress,” is also capitalized before a name. Same goes for “Miss,” which is usually reserved for a younger girl.
