Proto 4 Released!

Changelist:

• Field of View added to Camera options
• Afterburner added (with limited fuel which recharges over time)
• Dodge now works vertically, too
• Arena is slightly larger and has rounded edges
• Dodges and afterburner use are now correctly synced online
• Minor tweaks to flight model
