New Feature:

• Added Level selection screen
  • Added level 2 - with health and shooting enemies

QoL:

• Skills and other effects will now properly stop when a ball is scored
• Updated skill bar into MP bar for clarity
• Added health bar for level 2

Bug Fixes :

• Fixes bug that prevents paddle movement at the start of the game
• Fixes bug that allows multiple balls to be spawned at the start of the game
