I added support for the PICO-8 hidden colors and a few artistic dithering options: Rivers, Streets, Rain, and Wind.
Mix and match colors from both palettes, but do not exceed 16.
The Wind dither creates diagonal streaks:
The Streets dither adds interesting maze-like artifacts:
The Rivers dither makes horizontal lines like ripples in a stream:
The Rain dither produces vertical streaks:
