Release 0.6.14 fixes:
- NPC spawning under temple
- Local overhead camera skewed by player tilt
And addresses:
- NPCs moving without movement animation (although running on the spot may be worse)
- NPC drifting in and out of "engageable" state with only animation movement happening
- Length of NPC sleep cycle making for poor playability
