Pooling

Added pooling to the animals/farners (base agents, models, behaviour trees). Really help to organize the code base.

Also improved the camera by adding dampening. More plans here.

Quite a few other small improvements to improve the overall experience.

Still have some ideas I'd like to implement as well as some issues to address. I'll keep everyone posted!
