Changelog:
- Press start to skip score countdown after clearing a stage
- Various tweaks to each level. Make some jumps less tight, remove the gaps that needed to be slided into from air
- More air control
- Remove double jump glitch
- Spin attack follows the same rules as normal jump (hold button to jump farther, more air control)
- Implement support for gamepad axes (analog)
- Save controls to localStorage
