Pause and Bugfixes

This update is just a small one:

Pause

I added a button, that lets you pause the game while playing. Up until now the game just paused automatically when it wasn't the active window.

Fixes

• sound problems for WebGL
• mixed up depiction of the personal highscores
• gamefreeze when you pair up all falling items at max height
