[Release] A ghostly desire - Alpha 0.1 - 04Feb21

Welcome to this release post (alpha 0.1) for "a ghostly desire"

Finally it's done!

After my last update post i polished and fixed some smaller things
and now it's finally the day to release the first "real" version.

additional editings after (31jan21) update post:

- accessibility of save game menu incl autosaves added
- main menu added
- (placeholder) archive menu added for revisiting scenes
- 1 new interface icon 'save game'
- 3 new environment animations
- [MAP] new location(s) 'Larissa's house' (not visitable in version 0.1)
- additional bugfixing and some polishing
