Simple Quality of Life Update

Noticed some people having issues with the game being in only fullscreen so I made the game start out as windowed mode and the player can toggle fullscreen with the 'F' key. I also added a controls window at the beginning of the game so the player knows how to toggle fullscreen, exit and move.
