Madeleine is the latest game I worked on. It was developed as a submission to the Global Game Jam 2021, in less than 48h, but more than two days ^^ It's a short nostalgic experience about reuniting friends, where puzzles uncover what you remember of them.
I enjoyed a lot working on it, since it gave me a sort of break away from my other main project. Most of the work was drawing all the visual assets of the game, which are many. The code (which is the least optimized I've written ^^) is available on GitHub, and is written in GDScript, the custom scripting language of Godot. The sounds were found on freesound.org, and the music (this wonderful theme!) was made by Jonathan Shaw, whose amazing work can be found on www.jshaw.co.uk.
