Small update time!

• Added 2 new location themes (now each location has its own)
• The character now slips less
• Traps are a bit more forgiving
• Level 2 is a bit more challenging now
• No more falling through the ground at high speeds
• Added a game icon
• Game should start in 16:9 aspect ratio (intended aspect ratio)
• Added some missing sounds
