Release 0.6.12 fixes:
- NPCs being awake if encountered for the first time in the middle of the night
- Dragon and camera angles wrong at the post office
- Some suggestions as to where to find NPCs not useful or mistyped
- Consecutive new games not starting
- Lizard lands having an overwhelming lizard population
- Camera reset position drifting over the course of play
