Cosmetic Tape Update

Some may have noticed an earlier version of this yesterday. I had a cool idea for an effect where the duct tape would actually be visible, after use, on the little fighter ship; and now I've got a new shader written to do exactly that.

Every time you pick up duct tape, not only will your health be restored toward its max, you'll get a random grey stripe wrapped across your fighter craft. Part of the effort was finding a way to add similar effects, like this one, in the future. I've got to keep a sense of humor about this, after all.
