Bug Fixes

Bug fixes for the final version:

1. The guns now all shoot correctly.
2. Armor with two traits works correctly.
3. The final boss is harder to stun.
4. The energy ammo doesn't reset to the wrong amount when you grab too much of it when you have an armor that increases your maximum energy ammo.
