Update 1/27/21
Minor tweaks to the game (mostly polish, with a few minor gameplay tweaks)
- Title screen now has transition/loading screen
- Enemies are now "stunned" after being hit, causing them to stop moving for a short time
- Enemies no longer need to physically collide with the player to hurt them, but still have to come very close
- Spawn rate for enemies was reduced, now the rate becomes higher the longer the player is alive
