Release notes for version 21.01.25.1801

Changes:

• “Silence distant asteroids” is now the only behavior. The documentation and tutorial have been updated accordingly.
• Fixed a few additional documentation issues to reflect the larger field, a change made shortly before the public release.
• When the “Game over” dialog appears, using the A or X buttons on a gamepad no longer exits the game. Instead, you have to arrow to the OK button using either the keyboard or d-pad. This prevents the game from being ended prematurely when using those buttons to fire.
