Windows Version Issue
HUSKA downloadable game for Windows and macOS
It has just come to our attention that there's been two versions of the game in the Windows folder during the last few releases, resulting in some people playing an older version of the game.
This has been fixed!
If you downloaded the game recently, check the version number on the title screen - please make sure you are on version v0.2.0-b or above!
Technical Reasons & Lessons
I've been publishing updates using a bash script that runs Butler commands. When publishing the hotfix, my bash script was targeting the wrong folder, which had an old version of the game. These kind of mistakes happen, but the real issue is that I didn't notice it until a few days after, when downloading the game for a family member. The lesson here is to always test the version of the game from the store page!
