Add the score and platforms

I've added now a score. Like in the original, each jump gives 10 points. Each time you touch the up of a platform too. Each bomb gives 100 points and a blinking bomb gives 200 points. If you take the boms in the right order you can received a bonus : 50000, 30000, 20000 and 10000 points for respectively 23, 22, 21 and 20 bombs in the right order.
