Hey there everyone,
So after much discussion on how to proceed with updates, distribution, content and otherwise I have thought of this as my following plan and would like to know if this is something that interests you guys and gals:
I had always planned on selling the game at a fixed price when it was finished but people have brought it up about wanting updates. So I was thinking of opening up a pateron or a SubscribeStar to grant access to beta testing, along with a special role given to you on discord with access to a special channel for beta testing chat.
The idea behind this is I will update the build once a month for testers to have access to content on the fly. (Beta testing would have bugs in it though, along with unfinished content/content being rearranged or deleted, spelling errors the works. It would be the raw game unpolished. But the entire game as its being created.)
What are your thoughts? Does this interest you?
